Business Development Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor market situation, market trend and competitors’ movement
- Initiate marketing strategies and promotions to drive performance in each channel
- Create, monitor and analyze marketing campaign and performance reports.
- Develop new insurance product to support customer
- Measure and report performance of marketing activities and making recommendation to improve results
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and dynamic person with much initiative and high energy levels.
- Proven sales performance track record and outstanding presentation skills.
- Good communication in English
- Good project management skills
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently.
